T&C

1. DEFINITION

Customers are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the following terms and
conditions listed below:

  • The Company: refers to TRAVELBEE HOLIDAY TOURS SDN BHD and its authorized Sales Agent/s.
  • Ticket: refers to the air ticket or admission ticket.
  • FIT package: refers to the “Free Independent Traveler” or “Self-Drive” package which includes ground service only.
  • GIT package: refers to the “Group Independent Traveler” package in which the tour will be departed in groups when sufficient group size is formed.

2. TOUR FARE

Unless specified, Tour Fare includes:

  • Return airfare or coach transfer
  • Hotel accommodation (single to quad sharing)
  • Meals as stated in the itinerary
  • Sightseeing as listed in the itinerary
  • One piece of standard baggage (subject to airline policy)
  • Price adjustments may occur due to currency or transport cost changes

Tour fare excludes:

  • Visa fees
  • Personal expenses (e.g., phone calls, insurance, beverages)
  • Excess baggage charges and porterage
  • Gratuities to drivers and escorts
  • Optional excursions and activities
  • Any items not expressly stated in the itinerary

3. BOOKING, RESERVATION & DEPOSIT

All bookings will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Unless specified, Tour Fare includes:

Deposit:

  • FIT packages: RM 500 per person
  • FIT packages (air ticket): RM 500 per person + full payment for air ticket
  • GIT packages (by coach): RM 200 per person
  • GIT packages (by flight): RM 100 – RM 5000 per person

 

  • The balance or full payment must be made at least 45 days before the date of departure for
    Free Independent Traveler (FIT) and Group Tour (GIT) packages. Failure to comply may
    result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit paid.

 

Important note:

For Special Promotion Packages offered during a travel fair/in-house fair, the company reserves the right to increase the deposit or collect full payment during booking. Air tickets must be issued within a stipulated timeframe (which will be advised in advance). Fare differences will be imposed for any amendment after booking. Once tickets are issued, a full cancellation charge applies with no refund in the event of cancellation, no-show, or no collection of tickets.

4. PAYMENT

  • Payment by credit card is subject to a surcharge.
  • Payments made by cheque are valid only upon clearance. All bookings shall only be valid upon clearance of booking fees.
  • Payments made by telegraphic or bank transfer are valid upon proof of transfer being forwarded to the company. All bookings shall only be valid upon confirmation of clearance
    by the respective bank.

6. AMENDMENT TO BOOKING

Notice of amendment must be made in writing and signed by the person who made the original booking. Amendments are only effective upon acceptance by the company.

For FIT Tour Packages:

  • Upon confirmation of the tour any subsequent changes made to the reservation are subject to amendment charge of RM50.00 per change
  •  No change can be made within 8 working days before the date of the departure
  • Changing the reservation constitutes a cancellation of the original reservation is subject to cancellation charges as defined in the cancellation policy in Clause 5

For GIT Tour Packages

  • Upon the confirmation of the tour, no tour changes can be made to the reservation within 30 days before the date the departure.
  • Any request from any tour member for any change to return from the tour earlier or later than the group will be subject to the conditions and extra charges of the respective airlines.
  • Changing the entire reservation would constitute a cancellation to the original reservation and is subject to the cancellation charges as stated in Clause 5 above said.

7. GIT TOUR MATERIALIZATION & CANCELLATION

  • GIT tours are subject to a minimum group size of 20 adults. The company reserves the right to cancel or alter itineraries, travel arrangements, or accommodations due to unforeseen
    circumstances.

8. TOUR LEADER

  • A tour leader will only be arranged for groups of 20 adults or more and is subject to availability.

9. SCHEDULE CHANGES / AMENDMENT ON ITINERARY

  • GIT tours are subject to a minimum group size of 20 adults. The company reserves the right to cancel or alter itineraries, travel arrangements, or accommodations due to unforeseen
    circumstances.

10. REFUND

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing/email to Travelbee Holiday Tour Customer Service. Refunds take 21–31 working days from the date we receive complete details and are subject to airline and ground operator approval. Full refunds are only considered in the event of death, with supporting documents.

11. PASSPORT

  • All tour members must ensure their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of return.

12. VISA APPLICATION

  • Tour members are encouraged to process their own visas. The organizer assists but approval is not guaranteed.

13. EXTENSION STAY

  • Extension of stay is subject to seat availability. Extra charges apply and no transfer will be provided for the return flight.

14. RIGHT TO REJECT

  • We may cancel any booking or remove any participant who may affect the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of others, or if any service provider refuses to accept them. Refunds will be made minus used services and any applicable fees.

15. TRAVEL INSURANCE

  • Tour members are encouraged to purchase travel insurance. The organizer is not liable for injuries, losses, or deaths during the tour.

16. CO-OPERATION

  • Uncooperative or disruptive tour members may be required to leave the tour at the discretion of the tour leader.

17. HEALTH ADVICE

  • Members should seek independent medical advice before travel. The organizer is not responsible for illness contracted during or after the tour.

18. HEALTH CERTIFICATE

  • Tour members must obtain necessary health certificates at their own expense

19. SPECIAL CARE REQUEST

  • The company is not required to cater to special needs or medical conditions unless specified in advance.

20. FEEDBACK & RESPONSE

  • Feedbacks are welcome. Please submit within 7 days from return. The company reserves
    the right to amend terms without prior notice. In case of dispute, Malaysian law shall apply.

21. RESPONSIBILITY

  • The company acts only as an agent for transportation, hotels, and other providers and is not liable for losses, injuries, or damages beyond its control.
  • For the student tours, the tour manager and accompanying teachers will try their best to take good care of the students. The school and the organizers shall not be held responsible for any incident that happened beyond their control
