Strictly no eating or drinking is allowed inside the car/van/buses.

Vehicle type (car/van/bus) is arranged according to the number of participants on the day.

Kindly take care of your belongings; avoid bringing valuables. You will be responsible for any loss or damage.

Pick-up time and driver details will be updated to you 1 day before the activity (in the evening, via email).

During major festivals, road closures and traffic jams are expected. Return journeys may only be arranged to the closest drop-off point near the hotel.

This activity is designed for a minimum of 2 adults with round-trip service from selected hotels/residences in the Kuala Lumpur Golden Triangle area.

Please follow the given timings strictly. In case of late arrival, inform the driver — note that the vehicle will not wait for you.

Pick-up at selected hotels in Kuala Lumpur City [Minimum 2 adults].

Individual/single travelers accepted to join if assisting us already have registered participants. Single travelers to standby at NU Sentral Brickfields / Berjaya Times Square for pick-up. (Please contact us to check availability).

Please arrive at the hotel lobby/ground floor entrance 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

As this is a shared tour, please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays along the pick-up route.

For pick-up from out of coverage areas, a surcharge of at least RM30/car applies (surcharge rate and pick-up time depend on location). Surcharge to be paid directly to the driver in cash.
